-活動當日下午2時於港鐵粉嶺站C出口集合,搭乘「蘆葦花開」預約好的專線小巴前往南涌。回程亦會在港鐵粉嶺站解散。
-請穿著合適戶外服裝,自帶水瓶、毛巾。活動現場有飲用水補充。
-提醒你,打開感官、帶著好奇心,出發前一晚提早休息,養足精神。
-惡劣天氣安排:如活動前三小時遇紅雨/黑雨/三號或以上風球預警,活動將取消。

是次活動由「我城我書」與「蘆葦花開生態教育基金」合辦。「蘆葦花開」的成員將帶領參加者遊走南涌,深度認識這裡的歷史文化和自然生態。「我城我書」的學生大使為大家介紹香港作家吳煦斌的生態書寫,一同感受文字、環境與人的連結。
關於南涌
南涌是新界東北沙頭角內海的客家鄉村,環境優美而靜謐。在這裡,你可以找到荒置魚塘、旱地農田、小溪和古老的鄉村,且是野生動物和昆蟲的絕佳棲息地。而在冬季,這更是香港其中一個觀察涉禽和其他冬候鳥的最好地方!

「蘆葦花開生態教育基金」為香港註冊的慈善團體,於2020年成立,為南涌「蘆葦花開」生態社區的登記法人團體。我們致力推動及實踐永續生活,重點工作包括生態農耕、自然建築及社群連結。

Thinking Feeling Farming: A Literary Eco-Tour in Nam Chung, NT

Remarks:
-Gathering time & location: 2 pm at Exit C, MTR Fanling Station. Reed Blossom’s staff has booked a minibus to Nam Chung. And the tour will be dismissed at MTR Fanling Station.
-Please wear outdoor clothes and bring your own bottle and towel. Drinking water is provided at Nam Chung.
-Open your senses, be curious, and have a good rest before the trip.
-Bad weather arrangement: If there is a red rain/black rain/typhoon warning No. 3 or above three hours before the event, the event will be cancelled.
Event details
The event is a collaboration betweenOne City One Book HK and The Partnership for Nature Education and Conservation (Reed Blossom). While members of Reed Blossomwill provide a guided tour of the village and community in Nam Chung, student ambassadors of One City One Book HK will introduce the eco-writing of the Hong Kong writer Ng Hui Bun (Xubin). Let’s connect with literature and the rural landscape!
About Nam Chung
Nam Chung is a quiet Hakka rural village on the edge of Starling Inlet close to Sha Tau Kok. You will see fishponds, farmland, streams, and old villages here. It’s a rich habitat for wildlife, and in winter, it’s one of the best places in Hong Kong to observe waders and other winter migrant birds!

The Partnership for Nature Education and Conservation (蘆葦花開生態教育基金) is a registered charity in Hong Kong. Founded in 2020, it is the legal entity of the Nam Chung Reed Blossom Eco-community.
